Maxis Cyberkids Camp Registration

Please follow the step-by-step guide on how to register as shown below:

1. Download the registration form softcopy from this link and print it.
2. Fill-in all required information on the printed form to prepare for the online registration.
3. Once ready, submit the information via the online registration form. Proceed to the "Online Registration" section below.
   Provide your school code and click the "Online Registration" button.
4. To ensure confidentiality, you can change the Access Code using the online form. Make sure you remember your Access Code for later access to the online registration.
